Elena Rynsky

Elena Rynsky is a 10 year veteran of the collection industry with exposure
to all aspects of the no-fault and workers’ compensation collections.
Prior to the admission to the New York State Bar, Elena practiced in California,
where she also had a collection practice, representing medical providers in
collection of the outstanding patients’ bills.
During the course of her career, Elena has dealt with numerous specialties,
including diagnostic facilities, medical equipment suppliers, acupuncturists,
neurologists, orthopedists, physical therapists, chiropractors and pain management
specialists, handling both, small value as well as multi-million dollar accounts.
Coming from a strong collection background, Elena has instituted a pre-litigation
No-Fault collection unit whose sole purpose is to get the clients paid as quickly
as possible.
For the past three years the firm continued to constantly grow from the clients’ referrals.
Elena’s years of collection experience, vast knowledge of the no-fault
law and regulations, aggressive negotiation style and organizational skill
combined with dedication and expertise of the law firm’s associates and
collection staff provide for a high rate of success in preliminary negotiations
and subsequent legal collections.
