Thomas R. Fazio has been practicing law since 1986. He has spent the last nine years as in-house counsel and vice president to a variety of secured commercial lenders, with annual revenues in the billions of dollars. During that phase of his career, he put his prior experience as a litigator to good use both in negotiating and documenting transactions, and in enforcing those documents when necessary.
